You will receive your excel spreadsheet template via email, within 24 hours of purchase, although most of the time it is within the same day. Most templates come personalized with your name or business name and therefore must be emailed.
You will receive your templates from email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, but if you don’t see them in your inbox within 24 hours, please check your junk folder as sometimes they get stuck there. Please be sure to provide the correct email address when you checkout.
EASE OF USE
All templates are designed to be easy to use and cells containing formulas will be color-coded and protected so that you don’t accidentally copy over them or delete the formulas.
If you would like to make changes to the formulas, I do have an unprotected version of most templates, which I can send for a small fee. I do caution that if something gets accidentally deleted or written over, the template may not work as described. I may not be able to provide support for templates that have had extensive formula changes, but I do advise everyone to save a blank copy of the spreadsheet template to return to incase something is accidentally deleted. The unprotected versions will have all cells unprotected, except for the name or business name.
All templates are meant to be used by the person or business who buys them, and they will come personalized with your name or business name. If you want a specific name/ shop name other than what you indicate at checkout, please let me know and we can resend the templates. You won’t be able to change the name, as this part of the template is protected and this remains protected even in the unprotected versions. The unprotected versions will have all other cells unprotected, except for the name or business name.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
My goal is to have HAPPY customers. If you are not 100% satisfied I want to know what I can do to resolve the problem. Since the products are electronic, we cannot accept refunds as there is no way to return the item.
