This thing is freakin Awesome. Shorten my administrative day, down to a few hours a week. I would and do recommend this Template not only for rentals but for home improvement. Let's you track everything seamlessly with no learning curve. I just wish it would let you reconcile your expenses with CSV. Files for receipts from i.e credit cards, banks, and Home Depot. If that gets added to the template please let me know and I will definitely up grade. But I am a very happy with this product .

#1) Individual Property Summary – this part will contain the monthly rental income and expenses, remaining balance due and profit/loss per month. Scrolling down will be a YTD total on each expense category for that property. 

#2) Rental Income Section – Scrolling to the right in the green section is where you’ll enter your tenants details, rental income received and dates. 

#3) Rental Expenses Section – Scrolling to the orange section, here you can enter any rental expenses specific to your property, and assign a specific expense category and any notes.
