Whether you have a long term rental or an AirBnb, if tracking your rental income and expenses on a quarterly basis is important to you, this template can help.
In the Airbnb version, you’ll have extra pages where you can paste your Airbnb report into (directions included on how to do this), then the quarterly summary will add up all your rental income and fees from Airbnb:
This file comes with room to track up to 6 properties – in a regular/long term version or an Airbnb version. The Quarterly Summary page will contain the above summaries for each of the individual properties, and 1 for all properties combined.
For the long term version, you’ll be able to enter the monthly rents due each month 1x, and it will populate in all 12 months:
The bottom section also includes a place for standard expenses that are the same each month.
Another page includes the options to add as many variable expenses as you need to, including a category for Overall Expenses that apply to all 6 properties.
