Easily track your management fees for rentals, whether they are percentage of rental income or a flat rate.
Are you a property manager who would like to track management fees? Are you a property owner who pays management fees? This excel template is set up to make it easy for you to track your rental income, management fees, late fees, and all rental property related expenses.
All you need to do is enter the management fee monthly rate or percentage, and the management fee expenses will automatically calculate. Simply, enter the monthly rent that is due, and when rent isn’t paid or is not paid in full, and the remaining balance column will automatically calculate the balance due. You can also add in the late fee charges that get added into the balance due column.
Each property has its own page, along with a summary page that will show the annual totals per property. The different versions depend on the number of properties you are interested in tracking within one sheet.
Works with both long term and short term rentals. All cells that contain formulas are protected so that you don’t accidentally write over them. Once you enter your details in the specified places, the cells with formulas will automatically sum up your data. All pages are set to print, however you can also change the print settings.
This video goes over an example of the original file (without the management fee page, but an example of that will be added soon) –
The basic versions without the management fee calculation page are available here for 5 to 50 properties versions.
You will receive an Excel Spreadsheet and a PDF file with directions. You will receive this through email.
Any of the templates can be customized for your situation. See more about custom orders here.
