Description
This template will save you time in determining the profit (or loss) of your Etsy business! This template can also be used for online selling outside of Etsy as well. The best part about this template is the ability to easily import your sales and fees, rather than having to enter them in individually. You’ll see there are different version options that are made compatible to import your Etsy, Paypal, Amazon Handmade, Stripe or Square sales – so if you use any of those payment processors on your website, you can easily import all your information and directions on how to do it are included.
There are several pages within 1 file of this template, that are all linked together to save you time on data entry. The main running totals/summary page is a 1 page summary that will include the annual or running total summary of all your sales and expenses, and show your total profit/loss overall, and a profit or loss related to shipping income and shipping purchased. The monthly upgrade option, will also include a 1 page summary per month, for all 12 months and the same annual summary page.
The summary totals will include-
-Etsy Sales (whether direct checkout or paypal)
-Paypal Sales (totals are for all venues that use paypal, not per venue)
-Other Sales (there will be a place to enter other sales, that don’t utilize etsy or paypal)
-Shipping Income
-A variety of expenses, including shipping label purchases, etsy listing & transaction fees, credit card processing fees and you have the option to enter your expenses for several other categories:
- Supplies
- Packaging Materials
- Education / training
- Other expenses
- Other fees
Depending on which version you order, you will need to download a csv from etsy, paypal, stripe, square or amazon handmade, however directions are included on how to download them and copy and paste them into the template. The summary page will then add up all the totals from the csv’s and any other information you enter.
12 monthly summaries – includes 1 page for the annual and 12 more summary pages for each month and has 2 extra expense categories. Also includes a summary of tax collected.
