Easily summarize overtime and regular hours worked with this payroll template.
The Employee Attendance Report is designed to easily track hours each employee worked, including overtime for each month. The Report will work with a Payroll Data App, such as Scavatec, as you will copy and paste a csv file that contains the clock in and clock out date and time information on each employee.
This report is set for 10 employees for 1 month at a time, however you can save a new version of the file for each new month. Please contact me if you would like to customize the report so you may track more than 10 employees.
Directions are included on how to sort your csv, paste it into the template, and then the summaries are pretty much done for you, all you have to do is add the employee name and pay period start date to the top, which would be the first pay period start of the month you want to summarize.
The attendance report will summarize time in 2 ways – both as a decimal and in hours and minutes. For example, if you worked 7 hours 30 minutes, it will be displayed as 7:30 and as 7.5, so that you can use the option that best works with your payroll software.
You will receive an Excel spreadsheet, along with PDF directions on how to use the template, via email.
