This template was designed for a business that offers subscriptions for the products they sell. Offering a monthly subscription is a great way for customers to sample a variety of your products over several months. They make a great gift and it’s also nice to get a surprise in the mail each month. Whether you sell soaps, lotions, jewelry, chocolates/baked items or anything where you can continue sending a small quantity/variations of the items each month, all these products would make a great subscription package.
Everything is set up so you can track monthly subscriptions that fall into 3 categories – 3 month, 6 month or 12 month options.
HOW IT WORKS
*ENTER YOUR DETAILS – You will enter the subscription details such as the buyer name (and subscriber name if a gift), select the duration (3, 6 or 12 month), subscription start and end dates, shipping address and product name/details. These details are then linked to the next 2 sheets, to give you an annual timeline and a monthly summary:
*THE TIMELINE WILL AUTOPOPULATE – As you enter your information, a timeline will automatically populate a blue bar for each subscriber over the months of their order.
*MONTHLY CHARTS AUTOPOPULATE – There will be another sheet with tables/charts for each month, which will list who needs a package sent that month, their shipping address and day it should be sent.
The timeline in this template is set up for a 12 month period (January through December), so there are times when you will have to ‘carryover’ a subscription into the next year.
You will be able to save different versions of the template for each year.
The template will hold up to 50 subscriptions/ customers.
You will receive via email an Excel Spreadsheet and a PDF with directions. Version is Microsoft Office 365, but should work with other versions. All templates come personalized with your name or company name and are intented for use by the name/company only.
