This package of templates contains all the best business worksheets you’ll need to get your small business organized in the areas of sales and expenses tracking, inventory, social media tracking, mileage and forms for a sales receipt and timesheet.

SALES AND INVENTORY TRACKING – This template contains several pages in 1 file that are all linked together, so that when you enter an item as sold it will update your inventory for that item.  There will be a sales summary page as well that will total up your sales for the month, totals sales by venue, and sales by product.  The file will work with up to 10,000 sales and has capability to track the fees on a per sale basis.  See more details about the sales and inventory template here.

OVERHEAD EXPENSES TRACKING – This template is super-flexible and can be utilized in many ways, to track any expenses you need to.  You will be able to enter up to 21 of your own expense categories that you would like to track.  Simply enter them in the orange section, and in the next section they will automatically appear in a drop down list for you to assign individual expenses.  The orange section will then sum up your totals per category.  A 2nd summary page will also show your total expenses per month, per supplier or venue, and by category.

SALES RECEIPTS – This template contains 3 different worksheets to be used as sales or donation receipts and you can easily add your logo to make it your own.

  • Sales Receipt with a discount option – you can enter a discount percentage that will be applied to the order total.
  • Sales Receipt without a discount option
  • Both Sales Receipt pages above will include a place to enter a Sales Tax percent and a Shipping Rate that will be added into the Grand Total.
  • Donation Receipt – Keep track of your donated items.  Similar as the other pages except for no sales tax or discount options.
  • All 3 receipt pages will have built in formulas to add up the totals for – Total Price, Subtotal and Grand Total.

TIME SHEET – Even if you are a solo-prenuer, tracking your time is important.  I actually use this when I have a few different custom orders going on at the same time – 1 sheet for each custom order.  You can print as many as you need.

MILEAGE TRACKING – This is a sheet you can print and place in your car.  You can also enter the data into the worksheet and it will add up your totals miles.

SOCIAL MEDIA TRACKING – Regardless of which social media accounts you prefer to use for your business, keep track of what you post.  It can be helpful to keep a record so you get a better idea of what is working and what isn’t, and is a good reminder to do something in the accounts that may be getting ignored.
