Yes, most of my templates are designed in MS Excel and are compatible with all versions of Excel.  Open office versions are available upon request.  Open office is a free program you can download.

Most of my templates come with the cells with formulas protected, to prevent someone from accidentally deleting or writing over a formula, which could cause the template to not work as described.

If you want to be able to make changes to the formulas, you can upgrade to the unprotected version here.  Most of my templates come personalized with your name or company name and that remains protected, even in the unprotected versions.

All templates are designed for your own personal use, but if you are a financial or property management advisor, you may purchase the license to use the template for your clients, when it is part of a service you provide.  See here for more details on the license.
