Most templates are sent via email immediately after purchase, however sometimes it can take up to 24 hours.

Some templates are instant downloads, but the majority are sent via email.
The All Star-HR package will email login directions – you will login in order to view and download the templates.
Yes, the majority of the templates are created in Microsoft Excel and are suitable for use with all Excel versions. For mac computers, the templates work if you have ‘Excel for Macs’.
Without Excel, similar free programs like Open Office or Googlesheets typically work ok, but feel free to contact us if you run into compatibility issues. Sometimes an Open Office version will need to be sent, upon request.
If you want to be able to make changes to the formulas, you can upgrade to the unprotected version here. Most of the templates come personalized with your name or company name and that remains protected, even in the unprotected versions.

All templates are designed for your own personal use, but if you are a financial or property management adviser, you may purchase the license to use the template for your clients, when it is part of a service you provide. See here for more details on the license.

The templates are easy to use and have color coded cells that indicate where you can enter data and where formulas are located. The cells with formulas are protected to prevent you from accidentally deleting or writing over them.
PDF directions are included on most template purchases, but we are always here to answer any of your questions. Most templates also have a video explainer on how to use the template, located on the YouTube channel.
